BA are excited to share this retro fit-out. Working closely with the client we have designed a new office and working environment complete with welfare and archive facilities. Careful technical detailing was required to complete the design.

Large extension spanning into a large garden area. Internal alterations take on the form of a 180 degree flip, with the kitchen and dining area now to the rear of the property.

The two storey extension over an existing extension allowed for expansion to one bedroom and a bathroom and at ground floor level the garage relocated to create a new utility area. We also incorporated  a kitchen living dining area, with bi-fold doors.
